Kouri Wolf, MRE, has been a Summit County resident for the past 26 years and has been active in the real estate world since 1978. Kouri started her real estate career at Keystone Resort Real Estate. As the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Real Estate, she immediately realized that she had a real talent and love for the industry. Her roots stem from a family in Real Estate. Her father, as a Real Estate developer, was a visionary of commercial development in Kansas. While growing up she became familiar with the ups and downs of this business. It was a part of her life as a child and she is glad that she made the decision to make it her lifetime career.
Kouri Wolf's career progressed at Keystone Resort Real Estate from Administrative Assistant to Manger of Commercial Operations and ultimately Sales Associate. Her wealth of experience covers every aspect of the field of Real Estate ranging from the shared (also known as fractional) ownership concept to traditional primary and secondary residential sales.
Kouri has been a Board Member for the Summit Association of Realtors; the president of the Mountain Region Women's Council of Realtors and is currently the Committee Chair Person for the Summit Association of Realtors Professional Standards since 2000. In 2004, she was nominated as Realtor of the Year. Her philosophy is that a real estate broker's professionalism, knowledge, experience, integrity and willingness to work hard can significantly influence the outcome of every real estate transaction.
Kouri believes in being active not only in the real estate community but also in the growth and development of all aspects of community her in Summit County. As a previous Board of Directors Member for the Summit Habitat for Humanity, Kouri assisted with the completion of homes for very deserving families in our community helping them realize their dream of home ownership. Kouri's desire to give back to others spreads outside Colorado. In San Pedro, Belize, Kouri shares with a friend the love of the island and the local children. They have developed a sponsorship to the St Peter's School to aide in keeping needy children in school. "I have worked hard to achieve some very rewarding and successful goals. Because of my blessings, it is my wish to give back to others in the hopes that it inspires them to work hard to achieve a better life for themselves."
